We are receiving regular updates from the government and UKHCA with information and guidance and all our staff are updated accordingly. All staff continue to use approriate PPE - of which we have a good supply - and additional training has been undertaken in accordance to all Government Health Guidelines to protect themselves and those for which we care and their families. For personal care, face masks, gloves and aprons are worn by all carers and face shields where appropriate - we are being directed by NHS guidance and assess each case on a visit by visit basis.

We have already discussed family help with all our service users and their families but we ared proud to say we have been able to keep continuity of care through these unprecedented times - we just ask you to bear with us if occasionally times need to be changed or visits shortened.

But we will keep in touch and we don’t want you to worry - we are dedicated and care about each and every one of our Service Users and will do everything possible to continue your care at the best level for you.

We can assist with all personal care needs, such as washing, getting up from bed and any toileting requirements. We can help with reminding clients about medication and undertake meal preparation and domestic tasks, as well as companionship and social duties. We all work to Codes of Practice issued by the General Social Care Council.
