- COVID-19 UPDATE -
Thursday 9th April 2020
We are receiving regular updates from the government and UKHCA with information and guidance and all our staff are updated accordingly. All staff continue to use approriate PPE - of which we have a good supply - and additional training has been undertaken in accordance to all Government Health Guidelines to protect themselves and those for which we care and their families. For personal care, face masks, gloves and aprons are worn by all carers and face shields where appropriate - we are being directed by NHS guidance and assess each case on a visit by visit basis.
We have already discussed family help with all our service users and their families but we hope to be able to continue caring as we always have - we just ask you to bear with us if times need to be changed or visits shortened.
But we will keep in touch and we don’t want you to worry - we are dedicated and care about each and every one of our clients and will do everything possible to continue your care at the best level for you.
Our office is being manned at the moment – we are here for you all - on 01823 423 352 or
Out of hours and emergency number on 07979 322 601
Keep safe and keep smiling

We are a close-knit team who take the time to get to know all our staff and service users well. We feel strongly that keeping the business at a manageable size will help us to maintain this level of personal contact and assure a meticulous attention to detail.
